Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We build against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a working standard: semantic HTML landmarks, a skip-to-content link, visible focus states, keyboard-operable navigation and menus, labelled forms with accessible error messages, sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark appearance, respect for your reduced-motion preference, and meaningful alt text on every image and illustration.

What we've built in

• A "Skip to main content" link available on every page for keyboard users.
• Full keyboard operability for navigation, the theme toggle, search, and every interactive tool.
• Heading structures that follow a logical order rather than skipping levels for visual effect.
• Descriptive link text instead of "click here," and meaningful alt text on illustrations.
• A dark appearance option that maintains the same contrast standard as light mode.
• No content that relies on colour alone to convey meaning.

Known limitations

As a newly launched site, we haven't yet run a full third-party accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know about it and will treat it as a priority fix, not a someday item.
